Work Hard:
eZanga is as dedicated to our team as we are to our advertisers and members, adding to the enrichment of our employees' lives and careers. As a result, our employees naturally put forth an exceeding effort which is driven by the gratification and success received within their positions. eZanga has the perfect formula for success, a team that works hard because they want to.

Play Hard:

All work and no play? Not at eZanga!

Some office atmospheres are filled with grumpiness and stress, but not eZanga; our staff engages in frequent pranks, contests, and jokes every day which keeps us all happy.

If the office has been quiet for too long, (or everybody is working too hard), a foam frog throwing war (the sales team against public relations and web developers) will break the silence barrier. This type of fun keeps our work environment relaxed and eZanga’s team in high spirits. How could you be grumpy if you just got hit in the head with a foam frog!? Frog throwing is just a small example of the jokes, tricks, and games that go on all the time. This reinforces our fundamental value to "work hard."

Eat Hard:

eZanga wouldn’t be the company it is without the third piece to the puzzle, "eat hard" giving us the opportunity to come together as a team and discuss everything from working hard to playing hard.

It has been rumored that eZanga employees are cursed with the "eZanga 30!" Most new employees tend to put on a few extra pounds... about 30 of them, within the first few months. eZanga's kitchen is always fully stocked (making it difficult to resist) with everything from cereal and milk, fruit, candy, soup, oatmeal, chips, and so much more!

There is something about free food that lifts the spirits of people and brings us together to work hard for you.

While some parts of our fundamental values may seem too good to be true, they aren't. eZanga firmly believes in keeping the environment open and friendly. It is really the little extras that facilitate a positive and hard working environment to uphold the values that eZanga uses to strengthen not only our advertisers' and members' business, but our community and staff as well.
