Richard Kahn, CEO
Richard K. Kahn, current CEO of eZanga.com, Inc., has been a leader in the online advertising industry since 1993. Over the past 15 years, Rich has specialized in all areas of the Industry. In 1993, he organized and wrote an e-magazine that later transitioned into his next endeavor, the First Street Corporation, an Internet Service Provider. Mr. Kahn operated the First Street network out of his home and managed the customers and sales from an office nearby. In 2000, with approximately 1,000 customers, he sold the company to a publicly traded organization. In 2001, Rich joined AdOrigin Corp., a pay per click advertising network, as the COO in which he led the way to successful financial profit within 3 months of joining the Company

Mr. Kahn excels as an innovator who has the proven intelligence to discover ideas and convert his findings to achievements. He became a published software programmer by age 12. In 1999, Rich co-founded Paid for Surf Corp., which reached its first million dollar revenue in five months of operation.

Throughout his career, Richard has held positions with leading corporations including Verizon Wireless and Bloomberg. He has been quoted in several major publications including Wired Magazine and Crains New York Business, and has appeared on the CNNfn television network.

Mr. Kahn started eZanga.com, an online services company specializing in pay per click advertising, in 2003 with his wife Beth. With his extensive experience, Rich continues to bring new concepts and creative strategies to the industry.

In Mr. Kahn’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He also enjoys playing soccer, martial arts, and watching movies.

Beth Kahn, CFO
Beth Kahn is one of eZanga's original founders as well as the CFO. She developed the startup idea for the Company in late 2002, with the help of her husband, Richard Kahn, eZanga’s CEO. Prior to eZanga, Mrs. Kahn was a Registered Nurse for over 12 years after completing nursing school in 1993. She is a dedicated wife of 14 years and mother of four children. Beth’s main interests and priorities focus around her family; however, she enjoys travelling, shopping, and socializing with friends in her spare time. Beth has a professional background in Healthcare, Accounting, and Human Resource Management.

Angel Pabon, COO
As eZanga’s COO, Mr. Pabon oversees the everyday operations of eZanga. Previously, he served as CEO of AdOrigin Corp. His hands-on approach along with solid experience and knowledge in the areas of operations, sales, and administration makes him an invaluable asset to eZanga’s long term growth. With a passion for gaming, Mr. Pabon has been driven to study and learn about computers. He became certified or trained in Cisco, A+, and MCSE and gained superior knowledge of computer networking protocols. He also has experience in Redhat Linux, ASP, Perl, CGI, and PHP software programming.

His past associations include three years at Bloomberg where he worked in the Travelers Group; a team of elite technical support representatives supporting the top level executives. He has also had consulting relationships with Fortune 500 companies including HIP, The American Red Cross, Viacom, Trade.com, Bluestone Capital, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch.

Edward L. Haletky, Director of Network and Program Development
Mr. Haletky originally started consulting with eZanga in May 2006 to take over programming on the Traffic Advisors™ system. His position has grown over time and now also includes Network Design, Security, and Software Development.

Edward graduated from Purdue University in 1988 with a degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Since then, he has worked with programming graphics and other lower-level libraries on various UNIX platforms. Edward has recently left Hewlett-Packard, where he worked in the Virtualization, Linux, and High-Performance Technical Computing teams. He currently owns AstroArch Consulting, Inc., providing virtualization, security, and network consulting and development. Edward is very active on the VMware Discussion Forums providing answers to security and configuration questions. He is the author of two books including VMware ESX Server in the Enterprise: Planning and Securing Virtualization Servers published Dec 29, 2007 by Prentice Hall.

In Edward's leisure time he enjoys the art of photography and keeping up on new technology.

Joe Rodichok, Webmaster
Joe Rodichok, one of eZanga’s first employees, has been programming since the age of 13 and has participated in both local and national levels of web design competition.

Joe is presently attending Wilmington University where he is set to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Web Information Systems. Joe oversees the front end development of eZanga sites including web design and programming.

In his free time, Joe enjoys taking trips to the beach, playing video games and watching movies, some of his favorites which include Road Trip, Hitman, Gladiator, and Superbad.

Muhammad Iqbal, Web Designer
Known simply as Iqbal, Muhammad is responsible for the all of the company’s web and graphic designs. Known for his creative, eye-catching designs, Iqbal has been in the Graphic and Web Design industry for over six years. His range of expertise includes designing websites, user-interfaces, and print materials.

Iqbal has designed web pages ranging from large corporate sites to smaller personal sites. He has worked with nearly every web technology including: XML, XHTML, HTML, and Web 2.0.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies such as Lord of the Rings, Swordfish, and Transformers. Iqbal also likes to spend his time away from working by surfing the internet and learning about new technology.

Greg Thimmes, Web Developer
Greg Thimmes graduated from Goldey Beacom College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Greg worked at JPMorgan Chase as a Technical Operations Analyst for two years before joining the eZanga team.

Some of Greg’s hobbies include playing softball, working on his own websites, watching the Phillies and college football, specifically the Ohio State Buckeyes. A devoted Hulkamaniac, Greg also enjoys playing video games, going to the gym, listening to music and going to concerts.

Farooq Ahmed, 3D Animator
Farooq Ahmed has an extensive animating background with over five years of experience working in the industry. He is passionate about animation and says he finds it most fulfilling and rewarding when his audience enjoys and appreciates his work. Farooq continuously strives to learn new and innovative ways to produce the most believable and life-like animations, while also evolving his talent to the next level.

Outside of work, Farooq loves spending time with his daughter, Fatima Zahra. He also enjoys acting and playing the keyboard. Farooq attributes his success to both his mother and father for their constant love and support.

Lisa Quinn, Public Relations Manager
Lisa Quinn administers eZanga’s internal Public Relations team and also coordinates eZanga’s growing college internship program.

Lisa graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and a minor in Women’s Studies. Her previous work experience includes retail sales and tutoring students in English.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys watching sports, especially football and ice hockey. She also loves spending time with family and friends along with reading and writing.

Will Cox, Public Relations Specialist
Will Cox is a 2006 graduate of the University of Delaware, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in journalism.

After college, he went on to work for the Delaware State News as a writer and reporter for two and a half years, mostly covering local high school and college sports.

In his free time, Will likes to watch and read about his favorite sports – pro basketball and football, listen to a variety of music, travel to new places, eat chicken wings and spend time with his close friends and family.

Dan Zitofsky, Director of Sales
Dan Zitofsky started with eZanga as the leading Sales Manager. After consistently increasing eZanga’s sales over 25% on a monthly basis, Dan received his promotion to Director of Sales. Originally, Dan is from Staten Island, New York. Before coming to eZanga, Dan served as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy for four years during the Persian Gulf War. During the war, he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University. Dan then went on to become a New York City Police Officer until May 2002, all while working as a mortgage broker. He has been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years and has owned two firms. Dan leaves his legacy in the mortgage business as an earner of top sales and awards for multiple banks and lenders.

Dan’s hobbies include all sports; both playing, and especially, coaching baseball and football. He loves to get together with friends, travel, listen to music, watch movies, and spend time with his three children.

Eli Martin, Sales Manager
Eli Martin has helmed the eZanga Sales team as its Sales Manager since January of 2009, after originally getting his start as an Account Manager. Eli works to grow and train a team of industry experts with the ability to increase sales. Prior to joining eZanga, Eli obtained valuable sales experience while working for Baltimore based Ironclad Authentics (a Cal Ripken company) and Lyon Conklin & Co.

Eli obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh where he majored in Communications

Eli grew up in Columbia, Maryland and now resides in Smyrna, Delaware. "When not making people money, I’m usually watching sports or attempting to learn more about history and politics," he says.

Tim Vaillancourt, Sales Manager
Tim Vaillancourt is a graduate of Delaware State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and a Master’s degree in Sports Administration.

Prior to joining eZanga, Tim played and coached baseball at Delaware State University, in addition to playing professionally for the Arizona Diamondbacks organization. Tim also has previous work experience in outdoor sales.

In Tim's spare time, he enjoys keeping up with sports and spending time with his wife. He is driven, goal-oriented, and excited about the opportunity of success with eZanga. Not to mention, he loves the company’s "work hard, play hard and eat hard" philosophy.

Anthony Giacomini, Account Manager
Anthony Giacomini is originally from New Hampshire, where he attended Colby-Sawyer College. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a focus in Sports Management.

A goal-minded individual, he has held many positions with numerous businesses dealing with a variety of groups and clients. His enthusiastic persona and professionalism could also be found on display while running successful basketball tournaments while attending college.

Some of Anthony’s other personal interests include flowing teams from the New England area, traveling, golf, rugby and spending time with his family.

Brian Borkowski, Account Manager
Brian Borkowski received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Wilmington University in 2003. Brian has a diverse six-year sales background ranging from pharmaceutical sales to owning his own business. A former college basketball player, Brian has the work ethic and attitude to accomplish what he wants in life.

In Brian's spare time, he continues to play basketball and also enjoys skiing, golfing, and traveling to different parts of the world. He lives by the quote, "Nothing great is accomplished without enthusiasm."

Frank Holland, Account Manager
Frank Holland joined eZanga after a successful recruitment from Shoreline Pools, where he was an Operations Manager overseeing the daily functions and procedures for more than 150 employees. Originally from New York, he currently resides in Connecticut where he served as a police officer K9 handler for the city of Norwalk. He is a nationally accredited master trainer of police service dogs and remains active in the certification and training of such invaluable animals. He holds an instructor certification from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. His tenure as a police officer made him an outstanding problem solver, who thoroughly analyzes all aspects of a situation before determining the proper course of action. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from St. Thomas Aquinas College in New York.

Frank will be spearheading eZanga’s growth in New England and the New York City metropolitan area by managing a satellite office in Norwalk, Connecticut.

His hobbies include anything related to sports, especially ice hockey, spending time with his family, and his never ending pursuit of "the one that got away!"

Derek Pehlman, Account Manager
Derek Pehlman is a graduate of West Chester University with a degree in Business Management. His previous work experience includes IT recruiting and insurance sales.

In his free time, he enjoys playing ice hockey, snowboarding, cooking, and traveling. Derek looks forward to helping his clients across the country maximize their ROI and grow their businesses.

Shane Donnelly, Account Manager
Shane Donnelly is a proud native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Political Science. His background in politics also led him to work on two political campaign teams, including the 2008 Delaware gubernatorial and U.S. presidential races.

Outside of work, Shane enjoys going to parks with his wife, playing with his two Boston Terriers, watching movies, writing and target shooting. He is also a fan of his home town sports teams, continuing to follow the Phillies, Flyers and Eagles.

Peggy Kennedy, Sales Assistant
Peggy Kennedy is a life-long Delawarean who studied Business while attending Goldey-Beacom College and Delaware Technical Community College. Her previous work experience includes time as an Admin/Sales Representative for six years at Air Liquide.

Outside of work, Peggy enjoys spending time with her family at the beach ("We are beach bums", she says) and at home, as well as reading, sewing, scrapbooking and volunteering her time for a variety of causes. Peggy also loves sports and cites football, baseball, soccer and NASCAR as her favorites.

Monte Punjabi, Account Manager
Monte Punjabi came to eZanga.com having worked for internet-based companies since the age of 14. He graduated from Babson College in Massachusetts with a double concentration in Marketing and Management Information Systems. In his free time, Monte likes traveling and trying out new restaurants wherever he goes. He also prefers the Blackberry over the iPhone and recently dressed up as the world renowned Cookie Monster for Halloween.

Matt Donahue, Account Manager
Matt Donahue joined the eZanga team with background in mathematics and computer science, which he studied at the University of Delaware. Having also lived in Florida and Okinawa, Japan for extended periods of time, Matt says he hopes to help turn eZanga into a household name all over the globe. Matt’s sports fandom is also wide-ranging, as he is a card-carrying member of Red Sox Nation as well as a true San Francisco 49ers fan. He lives by former NFL coach Bill Parcells' famed words, "Don't let good enough be good enough."

Martin Fusselman, Account Manager
Martin Fusselman is a graduate from Penn State University where he majored in Broadcast Journalism. When not working, Martin enjoys hanging out with friends and family, snowboarding, touring the east coast karaoke circuit and traveling. He did manage to stop in every country at Disney’s Epcot center. Although that does not qualify him as a world traveler, “it is a start”, he says. Martin aspires to play the guitar, but for now can be seen at open mic nite at various locations rocking out on the Kazoo.

Dominic Catalfamo, Account Manager
Dominic Catalfamo is a native of Albany, NY with years of sales experience to his name. While attending Landmark College in Putney, VT, Dominic studied Liberal Arts. He also played baseball for the Landsharks, winning the team’s MVP award twice. Away from work, Dominic likes fishing, golfing and attending music concerts. An avid sports lover, he also enjoys rooting for his favorite football team, the Philadelphia Eagles.

Mike Schlenner, Account Manager
Mike Schlenner graduated from Cabrini College in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and now lives in Newark, DE with his wife, two cats and two dogs - an Australian Shepherd and a Cocker Spaniel. Prior to coming aboard here at eZanga.com, he worked in Auto Finance and Technical Recruiting. In his free time, Mike enjoys golfing, bowling, playing billiards, watching movies and spending time with friends and family.

Jeff Brohawn, Account Manager
Jeff Brohawn is a Delaware native and a graduate of the University of Delaware, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Economics.

During and after college, Jeff ran a successful business as a DJ, before moving to sunny San Diego, Ca. for 6 years and working in Business Development for a major Education Finance company.

While in San Diego he learned to master at several technical beach games, such as horse shoes, corn toss, and ladder ball. He is still working on surfing.

A fan of the Eagles and Phillies, Jeff enjoys traveling, particularly in the Western US and tropical destinations. He believes in Dale Carnegie's philosophy that “People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing.”

Brent Dilks, Account Manager
Brent Dilks brings over 10 years of management and retail sales experience to eZanga. Brent received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Delaware.

While growing up in New Jersey, Brent won the Governor’s Award for acting and later toured Europe with a theater company. He also was a member of both all-state and all-eastern choirs.

He also enjoys hosting and signing Karaoke as well as DJ'ing. Brent loves to spend time with his friends and dog, playing cards, and hopping on the Xbox to relieve the stresses of everyday life. He professes a love for the Philadelphia Phillies and Flyers but decided to go against a grain in football, opting at age 10 to root for the Philly-rival Dallas Cowboys.

Chris Lynch, Account Manager
Chris Lynch is a native Philadelphian and a graduate of Seton Hall University, where he majored in Anthropology and minored in Sociology. While attending Seton Hall, he was a four year starter and captain of the men's varsity soccer team.

Prior to coming to eZanga, Chris worked in the financial sector on the NYSE and American Stock Exchange in New York City. Looking for a new challenge, he decided to make a change to something internet based, first landing with Autotrader.com and now with Ezanga.

In his free time, Chris still enjoys being around soccer, whether playing or coaching his youth team. When not around the soccer field, he enjoys snowboarding and tries to travel west as much as possible.

Kevin Muckle, Account Manager
Kevin Muckle, a live long Delawarean, comes to eZanga with 10 years of varied sales experience. Kevin graduated from the University of Delaware, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Bio-Chemistry.

In his space time, Kevin likes to go rock-climbing, travel, and play sports. He lists his favorite TV shows as Family Guy, Robot Chicken and Planet Earth and enjoys reading any books from authors Napolin Hill and Dale Carnigie
